I am confused...

Could simply be to distinguish herself from association with an agency versus being independent. Could be just to use another name. Could be transitioning to a new identity. Could be an old ad.  Could have gotten less than positive feedback associated with one name so is starting over with another (although this doesn't explain keeping two names active.) Could be someone took her pics and stats and put them on another web site.

There are many innocuous as well as nefarious reasons but each provider has her own reason, if the provider did it at all.

(This is not to imply that any of the reasons stated are that of this particular provider, that her use of two names has any negative connotation, or that anyone lifted her pics. I have no idea why this particular provider appears under two names.)  

BTW, there is one stat that differs in the ad you posted from the provider's profile page under her other name.
