Well, hate to report this gents, but got blown off of a scheduled appointment by a visiting provider.  I was really looking forward to the session.  She had great reviews, very solid, and very consistent.  Contacted her by email, she replied promptly asking for screening info...I supplied that, she promptly got back to me to let me know everything was good.  Gave me some times to choose from, which I did and we had it all set.  Emailed the day before our appointment to make sure we were still good with time and date, and got a prompt reply affirming all was good.  She told me to call about an hour before the appointment to get location...I did, got her voicemail.  Left message, told her who was calling, gave her my cell number and asked her to call me back.  Assumed she would and drove into the city.  Got to the downtown section with 15 mins to spare and called again.  Got voicemail..left same info and message.  At our appointed time, called again, got her voicemail.  Left another message...waited a further 10 mins and no call back.  Drove home.  Still have not gotten an email, voicemail etc apologizing for blowing off appointment.  I suppose she could have overslept...but really....very very rude.  If you have booked with Ms Maddy Malone Caveat Emptor.

You are absolutely right.  I missed our appointment and it was totally my fault.  I did text you when I woke up.  My Assistant emailed you.  There is no excuse and I have never done that.  You are certainly right to be upset.  Hopefully, as was indicated in the email from my Assistant you will allow me to make it up to you.

At  least you got an apology. All I got from the handler for Jennifer (see above) who gave my appointment to someone else after I cleared my was an excuse. Sometimes being able to deal directly with the provider adds a more personal touch. I'm glad you were able to work something out. Put it behind you and have fun.

Madison, it was nice to see you took full responsibility for what happened and that you reached out to Munch to try and rectify the issue. What you have done is shown that you are human by your mistake yet a complete professional and class act by acknowledging publically and trying to make amends. Hats off to you!

Hello Philadelphia!  I feel as if I should add to this discussion considering that I met Madison on Sunday evening.  When I first saw her I was blown away by her looks- absolutely gorgeous!  Within 25 minutes when we were at dinner I was blown away by her personality and her attitude.  She is very intelligent and makes conversation that flows seamlessly.  She was one of the best dinner dates I've had, in any context, in a long time- full of laughing and her cute little smiles.  Madison runs the show, she had the waiter, the staff, and me loving her antics at the restaurant- our waiter went out of his way to create a fixed course menu for us and it was fantastic.  Afterwards we went out for a drink and I saw how Madison was a magnet for sexy women.  It was very entertaining.  We drank our cocktails and then took off with some of our new friends to see what else Philly has to offer.  This turned into the absolute best experience I had ever had with a provider.  

So when I saw a negative review of her on this board I felt compelled to throw in my two cents.  Yes, people make mistakes, I have missed meetings and I feel terrible when I do.  It sounds like Madison is doing the right thing to resolve the issue so, considering her outstanding ratings, we should give her the benefit of the doubt - these boards have a tendency to highlight one negative event disproportionately when compared to the many positives.  

I would give her a mulligan for this minor ding and would not even think twice about scheduling with Madison in the future.  She is by far the most fun I have ever had with a provider and if you are nice to her, I will guarantee you'll be the newest member of the "in love with Madison Club"

And I'm serious about this.  It's nice to see two real adults handle a scheduling glitch in a mature manner. Hopefully it will end up with an ultra satisfied gent who will be life long (or whatever) fan of the lovely Ms. Malone.

My only hesitancy is that I would have waited 24 hours before posting a NCNS event. This happened to me a few weeks ago with a very responsible provider who I have seen several times.  I scheduled an appointment and I went to the location and I waited for an hour to get the final call that never came.  That evening I sent her a  testy email telling her that she had stood me up and asked for an explanation.

The next morning I got a very apologetic email saying that she had booked me on the wrong date and location and she offered me a discount as penance. From the circumstances I could tell she had honestly made a mistake and I agreed to see her the following week, but I turned down the discount.  If I had sent out an early "I was stood up" post it would have created unnecessary drama.  As it turned out, the session was wonderful, well worth the wait.

So kudos to Munch and Ms. Malone for doing the right things.

Well, the lady was good to her word.  She called me, apologized for the missed appointment and offered to make it up to me if I would come back to the city.  Thought it over, and felt her apology was sincere.  So we arranged a time, and I showed up on the dot.  She was there, as she said she would be and gave me an awesome experience.  Review to follow.  Dropped her off at the airport after we were done, which I think she appreciated.  Nice lady....great personality, and completely uninhibited.  Wish there were more like her.  Thanks Madison....I had a great time.

....for during our visit, Madison and myself shared a very poignant and extremely moving movement that I will keep between just me and the lady. The level of respect I have for this woman knows no bounds. She showed amazing class and she deals with what life has thrown at her with amazing grace. Glad it worked out for you!

Philly wasn't sooo bad to me after all.  The gentleman (whose company I did have the pleasure of) were generous, kind, warm, and open.  On the other hand, I was a little confused by the sheer volume of screening requests without follow through (scheduling)

I promise guys - I don't bite...too hard...unless asked...nicely.
