I have been burned by this scheme, though not in Philadelphia but Miami. I was attending a meeting and saw Emma on Eros who was advertised as being independent and a local country girl. I searched her number on TER and there was a single review which I suspect is a hoax from her agency. The girl that arrived fortunately was beautiful, but not the girl in the photo. She asked for the donation and give the donation to the driver waiting at the door. She informed that of the $200, she gets only $40; therefore, I have to give additional $$ if I wish to proceed. This is an eastern european scheme. Buyers beware!! Make sure that your Honey has lots of reviews from reputable guys.
What's going on? Pimps/Agencies have discovered that if you post ads with drop dead gorgeous girls, guys will respond. The ads all have DDG girls, often with European look back drops, similar ad content and a single telephone number with no email and no websites. Also, the girl will be in town for at least a week or more. There must be ten or more posted each week.
The type of guy who responds to these ads doesn't participate on the boards and rarely reports the B & S.
You should learn how to do Google Image searches both for the pics and the telephone numbers.

and perhaps avoided your friends unfortunate experience. While there's nothing to say that the Russian ad is any more or less credible than the Eros ad, the additional information may have raised a red flag and promoted a little more detective work.
You should at least encourage your friend to write a review to make it easier for others to avoid his fate. There's even a way to submit a review as a "Rip-Off", as opposed to just a B&S or plain bad session. Help save the world by exposing one fake ad, B&S or rip off at a time!
