Are you a member of Philly Car Share? And if so, do you go to your appointments/sessions/dates in these cars?

Personally, I do since I don't own a car. I wondered if I was alone in this, meaning I'm the only John who borrows cars to go to his appointments. Of course, I walk to incalls in Center City.

... but it is a nice service. AND if you end up going to the same place often, you can always take a different car, and some of the cars (mainly the nicer ones like Audis) don't have the big label on the side.

Most hobbyist have cars..... However I have used the high-speed lines on occasion to see a lady in CC. (I live in the burbs)

I love their Beamers and Volvos....

They have the discrete labeling on the back.

I'm with you in the "on foot brigade" but I've never borrowed a car for a meeting. I've walked some ridiculous distances though...maybe I should think about it!
