She has a hearing on June 10, 2008 at Community Court in Philadelphia. The Court usually handles very small time cases, so the worst that she could get is Probation. It is likely that she can walk away free or get Fines and Community Service.
Theoretically, the charges carry up to 2 years imprisonment and $5000 in fines. Realistically, Sherpa Dave is correct. The attached link shows the emphasis for community service for such cases as a disposition.
While I was never with her, I heard so much good about her... She was classy! and would be a terrible loss from the community. If anyone hears how she fared please let us know. It affects us all.
