if we responded as a maybe, how do you change to a yes?
also, as I'm sure you realize, it may depend on location.
I understand you have a difficult task of balancing discretion and commitment.
I applaud you for doing this in the first place for all of us.

Thank you to those who have RSVP'd for the M&G.  

I am giving the final headcount to the location by Tuesday, the 11th.  So those who are still undecided still have a chance to clear their schedule.  

This is the last day I am accepting requests for invites, because it does take a while for your references to get back to me.  

I look forward to seeing my old friends and making new ones as well!  I also look forward to one hell of an after-party!
