Provider pricing
Hey fellas is it just me, or does it seem the hour rate in this area seems to be going up? What was once $$$ now seems to be $$$1/2.
I think there should be a standard set,if you're going to charge $$$1/2, you have to do certain things.
In a perfect world perhaps. Unfortunately the hobby is far from perfect. There is no way you can regulate how much a woman wants to charge . You can only CHOOSE to see her or not to see her at her rates. I personally will not see a lady with no reviews who charges more $$$. TOFTT at $$$ is just plain silly since we know the odds are against us.
Remember different strokes for different folks...
There are many great providers out there that provide CBJ only and there are equally as many guys out there that are ok with CBJ.

How much is not enough and how much is too much??
Is 50.00 too little? is 100. too much? Is there any rule of thumb??? I have often wondered what is over the top and what isn't. Is it strichtly an individual thing? What do providers expect.. especially the $$$+ p/h.. I have always been generous but have never discussed with anyone else what they do...
I believe tipping is strictly an individual thing. Come on guys... lets face it at $$$+hr the ladies are not your average waiter at the local diner making $3.85hr. This does not mean I do not tip. Quite the contrary. I have tipped on many occasions when I feel the service provided to me was exceptional. My tips have ranged from $20 to $200 depending on my budget and overall generosity. However I do not think gratuity is something that should be expected as in other lesser paying services.

I agree with christophrac, tipping is an individual thing. I tend to tip more if I get superior service from a provider who is not in the $$$$ range. And like Chris, I rarely TOFFT anymore, particularly if they are at the $$$+ level. Just too many reliable great providers to choose from. I would say my standard tip is somewhere in the $50 range, however it just depends on the lady and the experience.
I may in fact be missing out on some great Ladies but I have consistently kept my hobbying for the last 5 years or so in the arena of the local independents.That being the case,I don't think it necessary to add a tip to the $$$/$$$$ that I'm typically paying.The lady is the sole recipient of my contribution and I really don't feel guilty at not adding a monetary tip.I will and have given a nice small gift of perfume or something a lady would appreciate to someone I've seen more than once.
$50 is suffice. Unless of course, she goes that EXTRA mile.
I would rather book more time.... better for the lady - and more value to me. let's face it - if you book 2-3 hr with a lady - she has the income for those hours - PLUS the inbetween appointment down time covered. example
3 hr. appointment = $850 3 hr. 30 min preptime vs
3 1 hour appointments
1 hr. = 300 1 hr. plus 30 min preptime.
1 hr. = 300 1 hr. plus 30 min prep time.
1 hr. = 300 1 hr. plus 30 min preptime.
so for the 3 1 hour appointments the lady DOES earn 900 but she is out 4 1/2 hours... or less per hour than the 1 3 hour appointment.
I generally agree with Bizzaro's rationale. I too am more likely to tip an agency provider because I know that she is likely getting proverbially raped by the agency (which usually takes at least 50% minimum) if she has really been spectacular.
I am also less likely to tip independents, because I am much more likley to book 3 hour or longer sessions with independents and as such am already spending 1K or somewhere close to it.
I wanted to join in from a provider's view on tipping. When someone owns their own business and sets their own prices then tipping should never be expected. Sure, little gifts, like a rose are a nice introduction gift to set yourself apart and maybe on future dates something a little more intimate like perfume or lingerie to show how much you missed her. But even these things are never expected. As far as I'm concerned the best tip you can give is to see me again and spend more time with me.
Now, about the price issue... I know this one has been beaten to death. I used to think that there was some correlation between price and quality. Then there is always the auto argument of "why drive an $80,000 car when a $10,000 will get you to the same place." BUT, now I have a new perspective. I have met lovely ladies that give outstanding service in the $$ range and lovely ladies that give outstanding service in the 2000$ range. Even my own sister, who is cut from the same cloth as me had a $1500 minimum when she was working. The ladies just have to decide how much they want to work. At the higher levels you get less volume. My sis was lucky if she had 2-3 dates a month. She was very comfortable with that. I on the otherhand need a lot more attention than that so I keep adjusting my prices so that I get the opportunity to visit with just the right amount of super fantastic lovers. Now, I could lower my fee to $ and be on my back 24 hours a day, but for me that would be too much. I have other interests to keep me busy. Someone else may have the capacity to visit with 10 men per day. If she wants to meet that goal then she will have to lower her prices until she has 10 per day requesting dates.
Please don't think that if a lady charges more you are going to get certain things. I know that their are $50 girls that do a lot more than some of the $5000 girls. At the higher end, and hopefully the middle too, the fee is for their time only. The alphebet soup is of personal choice. We dn't come with a menue of services that you can choose to pay for alacarte.
Oh, and what does TOFFT stand for?
Taking One For The Team...in other words, seeing a provider who does not have any reviews or any presence or feedback on the boards.
As for tipping, I have only done so with a gal that I have seen before, either agency or indy.
As for pricing itself, it really depends to me on who the provider is, how much I really want to spend to see her, and how my cash flow is at the time. Kay Mason, my now retired ATF only charged me $$1/2 and I've seen the Legendary Jill for 2 hours at 5 per.
