Are there any good strip clubs in Philly where you can get some good extras in the private rooms?

It is not within Philly but if you don't mind a little drive, in Burlington NJ there is the Playhouse.  Best in the afternoon.  It is really a HJ bar.  A very international flavor with a lot of Brazilian dancers.   It is a bring your own beer kind of place.  Being 100% it is a bit seedy and nothing fancy but I like it that way.  

$30 dances and a lot of the girls get down to breaking out the lube and getting to work on you quickly.  I would say the vast majority of the women are over 40.  If you only want super young hot ones this may not be the place.  Of course the really young hot ones typically want to upcharge you on top of the regular CD rates.  That is your choice.  

The PH isn't for everyone but if you're a regular beer drinking guy who doesn't want a gal to waste time in the CD room and get down to her special handshake it works rather well.   IF you don't mind flashing a lot of cash and only want super young and hot ones, the PH isn't going to be worth the trip for you.  You're looking at about a 40 minute ride from CC with normal traffic.
