By the airport Oasis on Essington or Christines right down the street on Passyunk (actually same street name just changes)- if down by the stadium best bet is Cheerleaders near Front and Oregon right off I-95 Packer Ave exit (except Cheerleaders is bikini only- decent laps but very little chance of extras)- however think Cheerleaders have some of the best looking dancers- also Club Risque on Delaware Ave

I've been blown at Cheerleaders, had a chick rub her clit all over my junk, and the girls there always put their hands down my pants.  YMMV, but I find the girls there to be very aggressive.  At Delilah's, the best I've ever done is finger insertion and daty / dato, but that was all during a regular lap dance... if I had any weed on me, that girl was game to go home but I'm drug free, so no dice.  I stopped in at Risque once and it seemed like a decent stop, but I was only there to kill a few minutes -- didn't get any dances.

I have read other reviews that the Penthouse Club in Philly is awesome...a little pricey, but hot girls and alot of "extras" in the private booths. Looks like this might be the first option.
