With all the insanity and dysfunction that seems at times to be on this board, perhaps he thinks you are Dr. Phil...

My oh my, you actual grew one overnight!  Let's see if you can balance out a pair by the end of the year.

Actually, I don't recall posting anything unworthy of being posted.  I think you started moderating me the last time I "dared" to challenge you for moderating someone else (Nickde, MrD), I don't even remember who.  So I'll put a challenge back on you...

1) Be fair.  Allow everyone to post whatever they want - less posts containing pure cursing.  You've claimed you do this multiple times.  But admit it, you don't.
2) Stop attempting to belittle other forum members, first time posters, and providers with poor gramr or spelin.  No, I just don't mean Nickde.  Posts like the one above this one and one page back don't do anything positive.
3) Enforce the posting guideline rule across the board to all members.  I won't go into details.
4) Accept the name "Phil".  What's wrong with it?  Can't you take a poke at being fun?

Do all this for the next 90 days, and I'll even post something positive about you and the board.

I run this board with fairness to all. You would be moderated for life by any other Moderator--- enuff said--- except you are NOT too bright--  I UNmoderate you, and the 1st piece of crap out of your mouth is insult the Moderator???  Wow, what a stroke of genius.
