Oh yes, yes, yes.  She is all that.  And a nice lady.  Very professional.  Usually answers the phone herself, but if she's not there, is prompt to call back.  None of that sarcastic "I'll call you at my earliest convenience" like one of the women does who posts almost daily on another board.  Actually, Monika doesn't need to post -- she is a high-quality provider.
