Even if that WERE true, a 16 year old does not have the cognitive maturity to make that type of decision. If it's a gray area, it's best to avoid, if for nothing else, then the sake of decency. Although the age of consent is 16 in Pa., do you really think a 16 year old wants old men (and yes to a 16 year old, you are all old) on her? But since you brought it up, if arrested, it is anywhere from a 3rd degree misdemeanor to a 3rd degree FELONY (unlawful contact with a minor), IF she even says she consented, which is doubtful because it would be alot easier to act like a victim when faced with arrest herself. SO, to sum it up your name would be in the paper, you'd get a record, have to pay a lawyer, court fines, possibly have jail time, maybe court ordered counseling, and be required to register as a sex offender where ever you go. This post is obviously not directed at you, but some people need to wake up here!!

FYI, it's true that the "age of consent" in Penna. is age 16.  However, LE still can hit you with a first-degree misdemeanor for the vague catch-all "Corruption of Minors" (see link) defining "minors" as under 18 so long as you  believed she indeed was 16 or 17.  LE likely can construe pedophile grooming tactics such as gift-buying and "waking up next to her" as evidence indicative of "tending to corrupt the morals" of the minor.
