I too must agree with those who were turned off by the fake ones in the pic. I'd always prefer natural to that, however small.

Fake boobs used to turn me on before I knew what they looked and touched like. Having touched a few fake boobs and hated them, I have developed a mental connection between look and touch and any fake looking boobs will instantly turn me off.  

Fake boobs still work like magic in show biz because they are selling by the look, not the touch.  But they don't do anything to me.

Don't do business with them. They are very rude and inconsiderate. I sent them an e-mail asking a legitimate questions (if they offered 1/2 hr. rates) . They told me "no", which is fine, but then proceeded to tell me, "We don't like clients like you." haha. What a horrible way to deal with potential clients. They will never get a penny out of me.
