I googled a few of the pics and they seem to all point to the same provider in the Philly area. Now whether the pics are actually of the provider, or what the provider offers... can't tell.
No hits on the phone number or name "Mermaid Barbie" on TER, but "Izabelle" using area code 215 is there TER ID#235325, one review in Aug '13. Not sure if it's the same provider or not. Maybe PM the reviewer?
