Im not trying to start a session on 'the couch' but Ive always had a rule not to see providers with names that happen to be A) my mother's name (icky) B) my daughters name (uber icky) C) my ex's name (unless the provider was a high tolerance submissive!:) But Im loathe to admit that Im missing out on some really great ladies...any suggestions other than 'stop over-intellectualizing the process, ya ninny!"???

Never thought about it.  I would generally go with stop over intellectualizing it.  However, the hobby is meant to be fun, stress relieving, and escapist amongst other items.  So, it being with someone whose name gives you the willy's will spoil your good time, then so be it.

Of course, you could always remember that...that's probably not her real name.

I was at a strip club once and I asked a dancer her name, after she told me I grimaced.  She said, "What's wrong?"  I told her she had my daughter's name and she immediately whispered to me her real name.  :)
