Because i take public transportation home, The airport on weekends because of parking and quick access to 95, Roosevelt blvd is nice because it's closet to home. The rooms are cheaper but some are not very nice, try to get a better place if you do go there.

My preference is CC/Rittenhouse Square area. I can take the train into town or drive and then there are always great choices for a post tryst drink or meal.
I am not crazy about hotel choices in the airport area and there is a parking fee for some of the better hotels.
