I agree with Sloane.  I called Lexi last weekend to make an appointment for the next day.  She picked up, was very friendly, and we scheduled.  I told her I would call an hour before the scheduled time to to confirm.  When I did, she was not there and never returned my call.  A "no show" and not to be trusted.
