Guess I'm relatively new to this. I've been looking around this site for some time now, following tips and suggestions from the more experienced. Always checking reviews, etc... My question is, what kind of LE presence exists in the city proper? I know Kop and jersey are very active in terms of LE, but all I hear out of the city is street walker busts and stings at strip clubs.
I may be naive and not informed, but I think there is very little chance that LE will bother you if you see a well-regarded and prudent provider in one of the better (*** +) hotels. If they keep a low profile and don't piss off the staff, in most instances the hotels, and consequently the cops, leave them alone.
I remember stories about cops confronting guys in CC hotels, but that seems to be a rare event. However, AMP's seem to get busted fairly frequently. I remember being at a bar with a provider and seeing a 5 o'clock news flash with video of a bust at an AMP. We looked at each other, gulped and ordered second round of drinks, and then forgot about it. That's my take. Others may know more than me.
That's a good point you make. Strip clubs, AMPs, street workers - busted all the time in the city. I've gone the hotel route, just in large, busy hotels where there are tons of people coming and going at all hours. Any thoughts on private incall locations? I'm sure neighbors could always be an issue, but with a well reviewed, experienced (read smart) provider I don't think this would be a problem simply by the fact of discretion and that Philly cops are so busy.
I don't know. Maybe just wishful thinking.

I think you could do well with outcall to a nice hotel, or even your residence, do to the fact that it is only one time.
Stick with well reviewed providers, they know what they are doing(Unless, of course you want to use BP and take one for the team) Also, I do not really think KoP is all that bad. Enjoy yourself... have fun! Kingbuffet
I have only visited two ladies who maintained permanent in calls in CC. Quite frankly, I was kind of spooked having to go past the doormen. I preferred the anonymity of hotels, except I seem to be going to the same one and feel like I'm known to all.
Obviously ur not established, do you have an indy mentor or friend? Are you just watching and going to attempt to be a provider? DO NOT INCLUDE STRIP CLUB/HOOKER BUSTS WITH THIS COMMUNITY....learn the difference, please!
