Looks like it's Barbra from Ambiance Girls.  I'm sure I've seen reviews of her on this site.

I met her on Friday night...WOW!!!  The review is in progress, but she get a 9/9 from me.  She is EXACTLY what this area has been missing - a top-quality local companion.  As good as she looks and performs, her personality, humor, and wit are just as special.  I will elaborate in my review.
