Hello, Philly. Was checking a review for one of this agencys gals and saw that Kylie is scheduled to visit. I cant find any reviews, and was hoping that if one of the regulars has a date with her today to quickly post a mini. I found myself wanting to try but the 2.5 hour drive is not something I need to add to a toftt.
My cardiologist wont let me eat cheesesteaks anymore so I cant justify the trip on that alone( well maybee)

To remove all of Britt's photos from their web site. There are no reviews for a " Kylie " under that agency phone number. Looks like a Bait and Switch! I can assure you we do not bait and switch.

Thanks for the clarification. I have not used your agency but have read a number of conflicting accounts on the level of service on these boards. Sounds like the other agency or Britt is double booking?
I will reserve judgement until I have had the opportunity of using your service in the future.
I will say that it is appreciated when an agency does speak up.

Problems in the past with lateness and at this time have made the necessary adjustments so this does not happen again. If one of our " Models Are Running Late " we call the client immediatly to give them a heads up. This is life and sometimes things are going happen, but if we totally drop the ball we offer the client a Free Hour or work with them the best we can to make them happy.  

We know Britt is not double booking. Our Agency, Britt and Eros had a conference call on Friday because the agency attempted to post an Eros ad for her. We also attempted to conference with this agency with no avail. We have e-mails Britt has sent and our Agency has sent asking the agency to remove the ads. They are clearly doing a Bait And Switch!

I hope this holds true.  I have tried to use your agency, Brickel, in the past, even had appointments set up only to be hung out to dry the day of the appointment.  You have a stable of lovely young ladies with stellar reviews, but my precious time and the ache of blue balls makes me balk at using Brickel.  I know I am not alone in these sentiments.

Having said all this, I still hope someday we can do business, in a business like fashion.

I have had trouble with Brickels screening process. It is a bit intrusive, and when they tried to screen me they came at me with a lot of weird questions. I was rejected, kind of glad I was based on the type of info they accessed in no time at all. Their girls are hot though!

These are our changes for every model we represent. Each model has a minimum of 1 hour in between each appointment for the day and will be ready fifteen minutes before an appointment is to begin.

We have had some occurrences where a gentleman just jumps in the shower two minutes before the hour is up. So with the our in between time for each appointment we can give our clients extra time (over the 1 hour ) and not have the next appointment running late.

I think these new changes will greatly improve our scheduling and promptness.

Yes...  It's true our screening process is very easy as long as you do not lie about who you are.

I am not saying in any way that 14bcups did that, but thats the only way to get rejected.

Our models safety is number one to us!

Thank you for your reply to my post.  I did give all of the screening information and was told I had an appt.  I have no problem with the screening process, I agree that the ladies safety needs to come first.  It was the NCNS the next day that irked me.  Perhaps we'll try again.

Didn't lie but was rejected. I'm not looking to discredit the Brick, I'm just pointing out that their screening process is a bit intrusive, and less reliable than they think. In fairness, the err in the process seems to favor them and I can understand this. Afterall, they need to protect themselves as a matter of priority.

I must say this for Brick, having used their agency several times (though I must admit to be completely honest that I did get left hanging once)that in my experience, I've found them professional and basically punctual, having quality performers and generally good service. With the changes listed above, I'm looking forward to see if this is succesful in improvroving their organization. That said, lets cut them some slack and give 'em the chance, OK?

A great sentiment.  Many of us have said in PMs that Brickel could be cleaning up the city if customer service and communication were better.  Like it or not, the posts noting extreme delays, no shows, full voice mail and no answer out number positive posts. And the customer isn't always wrong (or right either.)  Hope they start listening. I may actually come back. And I'm really wondering why Tatianna Stone is on the site when to my knowledge she has not been associated with Brickel, rather is an indy who I see travels all over the country.

A good response to my original query. Thank you. I am still concerned that my trips to Philly are not frequent and many are just for the day as overnights would not be feasible. Travel time to Philly is 2.5 hours  one way and thats a lot of expense in time and fuel if there is a no show. I will continue to look at your reviews and threads to see that customer service is important. Perhaps you can send a lady South to Delaware or Eastern Shore Maryland on occasion to create a new market other than Anna and the CL crews that float by.
