I have patronized the strip clubs in South Philly and by the Airport over the last ten years or so.

I used to patronize Delilah's back when they still called it "Delilah's Den" back in the 1990s.  Then, they double-billed me once on my cc for the champagne room.  Maybe it was an accident - I don't know.  I forget whether they worked with me to resolve it or maybe I didn't notice my receipt til I left.  I haven't been back since.  I don't think of that place anymore..off my radar.  I consider it as a place for visitors to the city, travelling businessmen, etc.  I haven't been there since they had only table, not lap, dances..for $10.

Definitely not worth it after 4:00 with ANY girl if you're looking for extra fun.  Other than that YMMV.  The eastern europeans tend to be the less, uhh, accommodating.  Off site extras are definitely to be had, but usually admission to that will require at least one champagne room (forget that arrangement, champagne room or not on first meeting).    They seems to want one at least one dance in the reg room where you lose a load (not money, the other fun load), before they even consider that discussion.  Personally, i prefer that screening method much better than the job phone number.

other places are more dependable... and if you can handle the BS that goes on... well, you may get lucky.  quite frankly - i've had "extras" in every club in the city EXCEPT Delilahs...  kinda a waste of effort and time.

Really.

If you are very lucky, the dancer might give you a HJ or let your hands (or mouth) wander a bit, a a cost of *** or more. You're much better off with an honest provider.

All I can say is...

Club Risque!!! Philly Location.

Hot girls, reasonable price VIP Room, and all the extras in line if you play your cards right without breaking your bank. At least in my experiences.
