I think anal play is a very small part of P4P experience and many hobbyists have no interest in it, especially at a premium.
I would say maybe 2-5% of providers find it enjoyable, and those are the ones who are likely to offer it. Others may have different experiences.
My advice is you should only do what you are comfortable doing and that especially applies to anal. If you want to experiment, there are plenty of on line tutorials and discussions about "training" your caboose to accept guys' junk.
Participating, and reading the Reviews, I think that "Starfish Play" is much more common and much more popular and much more in the open than prior times
There are two variations in the topic: Rimming, finger massage are parts of "Starfish Play", either giving or receiving. Guys like it, seems to enhance the experience. Generally, no extra income, just a nice Oh, BTW in the Reviews.
Anal intercourse, Greek, is the other "Starfish Play". Reading the Reviews, I would guess that at least 10-15% of the Providers offer, and more importantly I think that at least 75% of the guys who its offered want to partake.
Guys who are into Anal/Greek are passionate about it, and adore it, and the Providers who allow or really want. Read the Reviews, when its offered and taken, the majority of the Review is about the Anal/Greek experience.
Guys who are into Anal/Greek are focused and aggressive about finding a Anal/Greek provider, almost an obsession. So, my guess is that the 10-15% of the Providers who offer it, particularly those who openly advertise or imply it are quite busy with offers. Generally, but not always, its part of a higher price for the Total Experience, or is an added-charge. Either way, guess is that for the Provider, Anal/Greek is much higher income. Its a Premium Offering.
All I know are two bottom-lines: One is that guys who I PM with, want and seem to be obsessed with finding an Anal/Greek Provider. Two is that Providers who offer Anal/Greek can make a lot of $$.
