Hey guys, I was just wondering what you guys do if a provider or agency require intrusive information from you? They say it's for screening and safety, but is it worth it?

What do you mean by "Intrusive" info? So, that we can all understand what you mean.

Good providers only ask for good references.
But, if you are new, have no references, and do not want to give out personal info., ask them if they have other screening procedures. Each lady is unique.      [email protected]

Where you work, your work number, your position... stuff like that.

Then you might run into this. The more intrusive party may want your real name and a reference, and your references may be from less intrusive ones who know you by a pseudonym and not your real name. Anyone ever have to deal with that?

Those pieces of information you mentioned are the minimum of what many providers ask for. It is truly for their safety as well.

I would be very hesitant to provide that to just any provider. I would need to be comfortable with their professionalism expecting them to destroy my data once cleared.

You can always suggest a different way of clearing yourself. I am sure certain providers would be more than happy to work with you on that.

to remain honest.  I have screened gents who used a pseudonym with someone else, they were upfront about that from the start, and so, it was not a problem.

I screen with your real full name and a contact number (I do not care if it is a work number a cellphone or a pager), when we meet, I want to see that name on your ID card.  

I do not consider that intrusive at all, all clients who have met me (and many who have not), know my full real name - part of which is Anik, they also have a contact number, plus many references from my many reviews.

This paranoia that we are all ready to destroy your lives is a bit ridiculous - check reviews, be a gentleman, if you need to cancel, cancel within a reasonable time period (and offer to make it up to her somehow if it is last minute), just play to common courtesy and you shouldn't ever have a problem.  

If you ever do have a problem, air it, on the boards, in reviews, any way you can to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.  I believe that most guys do air this - and funny, I have only seen maybe 1 post a year about such a problem, yet the paranoia prevails.

Remember, the vast majority of us are professionals, with jobs, a family and such, we have no interest in keeping your information and no interest in harming you.

Get a fake ID. Buy a prepaid phone. Have your friend be the boss on the phone its real easy to do. Make your own fake id with paint shop pro, a scanner and a photo printer. Most pi search systems  start around 50 buck and they need your ssi number for a real search.Don't ever give the CULT your real name

If it bothers you to provide a minimum of info - well, consider - even if you did not have to give it out, you were in a session and guess what - it turns into a session of L&O!!!  You're F@$%#ked anyway...  

But to tell you the truth, most providers that I see - they know that I don't have much of a life to destroy anyway, what with my planet destroyed and all - the green face - and my green little head....  to say nothing of the fact that I screen every room that I walk into for Kryptonyte - hey - that stuff can kill!

Most providers could really care less about your job, your home, your car, your reputation, your wife & kiddos or SO.... So get over yourself - it is just to verify that YOU will not be the casting director for and eppisode of L&O...  Much like you do your homework here... They do their's this way...
