He should have walked when the you made him wait for two hours.  You gave him plenty of cues that the session would be bad, so it's really on him for not following his gut on walking away.

However there is one problem. I never met the guy. I couldn't tell you what color hair he has, his body build, height, nothing. He never had a session with me. If reviews are written under the premiss of honesty, then he should have been honest to the full extent of reality. Writing a fraudulent review that was mean spirited, and COMPLETELY uncharacteristic of my entertainment stye ( anyone with cogent reasoning can ascertain this) goes above and beyond the call of being disappointed because we did not meet and is most ungentlemanly behavior.
Even in light of this unfortunate situation, I DO forgive him and I wish him the best of luck in his future hobbying endeavors.

I offered to make it up to you ( the fact that we didn't meet) and you have yet to respond.

You've been emailing apologies to him for canceling on him.  Keeping them straight is one of the main problems with lying.

Thinking with a clear head helps in handling a situation such as this, and I was not yesterday.
After I was able to stop, think and rationalize, I did some research and figured it out.  
I know EXACTLY who he is by email, but would never know him if we met on the street.  
Yesterday I was so filled with anger, rage and a lot of other negative emotions, I didn't take the time to stop and think.  
All I was seeing was red.  
Who would do this?  
Why would they do it?  
Why would he write a fake review of me?  
Why would he say I was out of shape, had a nasty, and uninterested?
Why would he say I made him wait 2 hours?
Who in the hell WOULD wait 2 hours?
Who does he think he is?

You know that, given the emails from you that he references in the review, you won't be able to successfully challenge the review with TER Support.   Just applying that cogent reasoning you brought up before.
