I am trying to figure out why Philly is the B&S capital of the world. For whatever reason Philly guys don't report their bad sessions.    In Philly's defense it could be that the Philly hobbyist(that is the ones that actually use TER) are better informed and do enough research and pass on the ladies with no reviews.  My guess is that there are a much higher percentage of mongers out there that do no research and therefore do not submit reviews of their horrible/B&S or RIP OFF sessions.



     A perfect example is Tatiana on EROS .http://www.eros-philly.com/files/ph-carmen117-tatiana1.htm  She is exactly my type and I am sure the type  of many of the guys here. She has had an ad on EROS for over a year and still has no reviews. How can this be? If she was real I would see her 2 3 times a month. My spidey senses tell me B&S and I have passed. However she is still advertising which means she must be making some money here.

    I find it hard to believe that no one has TOFTT and seen this young lady. Even more curious is the fact that there are still no reviews for her a year later good or bad.

for a "Ripoff" to be posted. It is a serious charge from a hobbyist to a lady, so TER errs on the side of caution in posting "ripoffs".  

That is only ONE reason "ripoffs" are under reported. A bigger reason is that Guys HATE to admit they were taken for FOOLS, so they rarely report them. (It's like women UNDER reporting rape cases-- they are ashamed, or embarrassed, or don't want to be confrontational). Same with Johns/Hobbyists.

Trust me, Philly has as many ripoffs per provider capita as any other city. CL, and all the other escort malls are FULL of them!!!  Do your TER homework gang, and ripoffs will NOT be an issue.

It is ludicrous to think this town is ripoff free.

I've been ripped off, but not so much since I gained some experience in the hobby. TER has helped a lot.

I've become very reluctant to try girls with no reviews, more so if the picture looks too good. There are beautiful providers out there who pay for professional pics (I've met a few), there are legit girls who don't want a review, but the combination of model quality pics and no reviews keeps me from taking the chance.

For me it is not so much that we report or don't report... Rather if you are in DC or Phoenix or other places the chances of getting a good time without the risk of a rip off are better....  Philly does seem to attract those who think that just because we are horny - they can take advantage... and that is all I have to say about that.

...But after my first 2 experiences with a B&S, I just walk if i want to walk.  Since i go at it that way, I have met some lovelies that I would have missed otherwise.  SO if there is enough there (not the obvious B&S like isabella's)and its convenient, I go but reserve the right to walk.  I have walked probably 6 0r 7 times and stayed maybe twice with a discount for the deception.  I have had one provider object strongly, calling me all kinds of names.  

I do it and walk if I want because we have some low or no reviewed providers (2 i saw recently) that are a good time and don't come back because, without reviews, their phone doesn't ring.  And we get stuck with the locals (which are great, but i like variety) and the typical agency girls or over priced, well reviewed independent travelers.

guys you deserve to have the reviews to read as well as be informed of the rip offs cons, and the B&S... Just like us ladies and agencies stick together when we deal with a bad client, or someone who misconstrues everything.  I personally like to read how well or how bad my ladies are doing on their dates. Because if they are not treating you right then then it is time for me to take action.

I agree that there are several excellent utr ladies  that do not like being reviewed. And, that is fine but if they are UTR then do not try to use them as a reference with me. As when I verify I verify all... Everything has to go all ways in all holes. Everyone should know who and how everyone is dealing with.

Is it that the Philly guys are ashamed to report having a bad session?


I dont know what the real reason is but I know we have our fair share of ripoffs. If you check out my thread below on Isabellas they had at least 3or4 ripoff reviews and a lot of 2's and 3's  I would think they would have rated the Ripoff catagory.

I did a review of Tatina and listed as B and S and it was not posted.  It stated waiting for another review.
