I'm still relatively new to the area but it really seems like the average price has ticked up to 400 and the selection has decreased.  

Is it me? Is it just cyclical?  

 
PS. It annoys me that I have to credential myself but: This is not a damn hookers always the problem blah blah post. There are still wonderful ladies here...

Philly has a bunch of great local ladies, many with prices in the $300 range. They don't all post on the ad board though. Try doing a search for reviews. You should also check out P411.

In addition, we get plenty of great visiting ladies across the price spectrum.
