Gentlemen of the Board,

Help me help a friend!  I know many of you are very educated in the Hobbying Industry, whereas, I am not.  

I have a friend who provides in Canada but she wants to come down to the States and work for a High End Agency.  She is smart - PHD., she's beautiful, has a wonderful personality and a body built for sin!  

My question(s) is this:  Who are some of the better High End Agencies and how do we/she get in touch with them?  The only one I'm familiar with is TLC, who are the others?  

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.  I'm not interested in starting a big thread so if you would PM me that would be fine, either way will work.
