You shouldn't be asking for a whitelist, period.

The whitelist function is at the lady's discretion, not yours.  The fact that you have to ask shows that you really don't deserve it.  And why would a lady give a coveted whitelist to some guy that wrote her a mediocre review and has has no intention of seeing her again?  

Sounds to me like you're trying to avoid being screened by other ladies you might see, or worse, get a discount or something.  There are men that have written 40+ reviews and still are not whitelisted.  That says a lot about them.  Since reviewers can ony write a review once, you can't tell by looking at his profile if he's a repeat client or someone that the lady would willingly see agin, so the whitelist helps distinguish that.  You are neither of those things.

After that post, you are on any ladis permanant "do not see" list.  I wouldn't waste my time with someone looking to for something that he doesn't deserve.

Then there is no way for you to get a whitelist.  It's sort of a like a fair trade off.  You give a good review for good service in turn you ask for a whitelist referral which I am sure they would gladly give.
