One of the ways I have found to beat the high prices, is looking for the low profile girl, someone who just does this once in a while, another thing you can do is to make a deal with a girl in an agency, I found someone I liked, and asked if see would be willing to see me away from the agency, if they like you they are glad to see you away from their agency.  They make more money and you can usually save a nice buck

Where exactly do you meet? At a hotel that you pay for, or at her personal home? Either way seems pretty high risk. I could list about 100 or so reasons why that just isn't a good idea but I guess you have to learn for yourself. Play safe, it's your skin.

In my case it's my apartment.  Some folks see girls at their
(not the girl's) hotel room.  So in these cases, there is no
change in the supposed "risk" that you mention.

I see an agency girl on the side.  I saw her enough times through her employer that she trusts me enough to invite me to her apartment.  Guess what?  No clock-watching in that situation, although I don't take advantage of it unless she asks me to stay longer.  The other nice thing is that since she is in familiar surroundings, she is TOTALLY relaxed and a pleasure to be with.

No risk to you. However, when the provider gets caught by the agency (eventually they all do) she ends up dumped from the agency and blacklisted from others. No provider gets away with this very long.

Many agency girls do give out their personal numbers to favorite clients and eventually leave the agency and go independent. My ATF is an inde whom I met in an agency.  But don't expect to pay less when she goes inde on the side.  They just want to profit from not making the cut. Several ex-Dahn girls have gone inde and their rate have only gone up.  But soon they dissapear because their former regulars are dissappearing.  Best way to find good deal is to constantly search for new talents and don't limit your search within your local zone.

Just don't get the cult mad they will find you! Half of the agency owner here in philly are crack heads.

It just not something you can make a generalized statement
about.  Some that I have seen continue to work with the agency.
Others go indy.

If the community is insular and controlled by a few, than this
may occur.  But that's not the case in my situation.
