Was wondering if the other girls are still with you as I no longer see them on your site. Any availability for them?

As everyone knows, I try to be professional when it comes to screening, setting up appointments and scheduling.  Tyra has been very unprofessional, late, not showing up for appointments, making lame excuses, like my dog ate my homework type of excuse.  Always something comes up why she can't make it or why she couldn't answer the phone.  It is an all too common occurence, that is why I decided to let her go.  Plus she couln't pay what she owed me, my booking fee.  

Jasmin on the other hand, just decided to go independent without giving me my two weeks notice, so I also let her go.  She gave her number to clients to directly contact her.

So I am left with one very honest, very dependable, AND very sweet lady Dawn.  You don't meet too many people in the biz like her so she is definitely a keeper!

I would never trash Dawn, I have mot trashed talked any ladies who have worked for me.  I just tell it how it is.  You must get your facts straight before posting.  And don't post under your alias.  Be man or woman enough!  I am known for always being professional and straightforward.  So do your research before you trash talk me.

Well then maybe you have a point.  If what you said about Jasmin and Tyra was not trash talking but just keeping facts straight, then I did not trash talk you ...but just kept the facts straight.

Why does everyone leave your "agency"?

This is a difficult business.   And somewhat cutthroat!  I have used Solana in the past and would in the future - if there were gals who either were to my tastes or provided services that were intriguing to me.  

The simple fact is that for the most part, girls in this business are "fluid."  That is, they respond to the market, and they also "learn the business," establish a reputation with repeat clientele and then go indy.  Some wish to go underground and leave the visibility.  There are a lot of "things that happen."  

I know of another agency that just had a 75% turnover.  Is that a good thing?  In my opinion - yes, new faces and hopefully fresh attitudes.  And as I stated, Solana did provide a reasonable service - new faces - thats ok.  Maybe Solana attracts those that are more fluid than most because of geography?  or perhaps she has the "raw talent"  recruits?  Don't know, but she serves a geography that is for the most part underserved.

Your reply makes two things apparent.ONE,you aparently have never had a conversation with or met Solana.TWO,you are a little naive about the way most women in the employ of another woman eventually and unfortunately conduct themselves.

She is one of the most kindest, sincerest, trustworthy and most of all REAL people that you will ever meet.  That is a rare breed in this industry.

Like I said before, this industry has quick turnovers.  I do not expect to have someone so long.  The only lady who stayed over a year was Tyra but she could not pay what she owed me, so it was better that I let her go.  Her excellent reviews got to her head and decided she could come and go as she pleases, didn't care if she showed up or not for clients.  A lot of gents can attest to this, and I cannot let that ruin my business.  It is not my job to babysit. I have gone as so far as to drive an hour to her home, wake her up from her hungover/drunk state, get her out the door to make a 1pm appointment in Philly.  Seriously, if you were running this kind of business you would quit with not even half the stuff I go through.
