I'm scared. He mentioned hurting my family & will be posting false reviews about me, even tho I would not see him becuz he NC/NS & is using an well-known agency's email. I don't know who this person's identity truly is. He said I should watch out for jail & also being hurt. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, could someone give me advice? I will 4 ward it, since I can't post it here the creepy, disturbing letter I got, to someone who can help in these situations. He also said he is former LE. I don't understand y some1 would terrorize others?
Sorry to hear about this. There are certainly a lot of 'crazies' out there and I'm sure having someone send a threatening email is not comforting at all.
At this point, hopefully it is just a way for him to 'mess' with you and that's all it will be. I would certainly hold onto to the email.
I'm hoping it was a "veiled" threat too. I since then have contacted the reputable agency whose info he stole, since he's stealing other gentlemens' & providers' identities off the boards & using the contact forms to instigate trouble. I'm still nervous he might set me up with LE. I don't know if both girls & guys have dealt with something like this b 4. I never had this happened. He's obviously very disgruntled & vindictive & involving other ppl. I don't like that & the terrorist & intimidation practices, even if it's all "just a crazy guy" or BS, on top of using others' info to start fights. I'm having the agency's ( email ) he used look into it. I forwarded everything off to them since it's I.D. theft.
There is a lot of back stabbing in this biz. When a client is unhappy with your session, he may just trash you by writing a bad review. When someone threatens you, don't assume he is your client but could be your trusted GF or work associates.
I doubt if a provider would do that, but you're right. U never know, but onto the bigger picture is this person is a "serial" caller & emailer who sees no one. But maybe somebody put him up to doing it...maybe not. All I know is, this person does have too much time on their hands lurking on the boards, websites & copying everybody's info. Karma's a real b$@!= !! I'm sure he'll get a crack ho that'll do him in. Impersonating a police officer & using other people's info isn't cool @ all. He's on the blacklist boards. He calls & emails the provider's with no intent other than to f^&* with them. He revels in it, so let's not give him more power.
Lana called me a couple of hours ago to ask me if I knew this guy...because in her contact form the email address he lists is mine! I have no idea who he is - especially calling himself "Elmer Fudd". He seems to be a disenchanted person with a lot of extra time on his hands. I would not give him any extra attention. I would suggest you share his info with other providers (back-channel), as a way to prevent this from happening to others; also, for the possibility that another provider might recognize who he is. I'm sorry this happened to you, but rest assured - his only power is whatever you allow him to have...GIVE HIM NONE!
I assume that you've an attorney. I would provide all this information to your attorney - and let him suggest a way forward. This IS a threat - treat it as such. If he is threatening bodily harm, then you must take it seriously.
As to why someone would do this? well, I could write oh so much, but suffice to say the simple answer is that there is a neuron or two outta place. How much will he advance his threats? the potential is there for him to advance them quite a bit. As to his statement that he is former LE... what he is neglecting to connect is that the word FORMER is key... LE does not want creepazoids in their midst anymore than the rest of us... it is likely that they booted him.
