Ok, I ran into a situation.  MC would not set an appointment if I was not white listed.  I was able to get the appointment after through other means, but I still have a question how do I get white listed?  I will be using MC since I am set up with them now, but how do I get the white listing?  Who do I ask, the provider heard from MC heard of TER, but had no clue what white listing was.

Whitelisting is at the provider's discretion. I was whitelisted without my knowledge. If you want to develop a list of references I would reccomend that you become a member of Date-Check or 411.
