Just came across this article by @jennydemilo posted on Slixa.  Always a good refresher!  And her blog is fantastic for those who haven't seen it.  

.....actually combine tineye with using google images. Many time you'll find what Google Image couldn't and vice-versa. Also checking her web presence could be other options of seeing if she's using multiple sites, how long/often she advertises, if she's active on certain forums (but just like not many use twitter/fb/ig for work; a lot even most might not talk on boards either).
