Those are two great points, but I am commenting on his character. There are alot of guys who are/were in Lito's situation that make themselves and their team look like a horse's ass (see Chad Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, TO, Jerry Porter, etc). I hope things work out best for the team, and Lito, whether that means he stays or goes.

I hope the Birds try to keep him in the mix.....I can't remember when the secondary was completely healthy....if Lito wasn't out, Dawk was out or they both were! Considine was hurt last year too. If he stays, the Eagles will have the best secondary in the NFL with depth in case of injury. No one will be able to throw against these guys which will give our new and improved D line enough time to sack the QB....something we forgot how to do last season.

Why is Lito a class act? because he showed up for a mandatory mini camp to avoid an $8,500 fine? I have nothing against Lito, but he went before the cameras yesterday proclaiming he was the "least controvertial person in the world" He signed a contract a few years and now he wants a new contract after missing 15 games in the past 3 yrs.
