The Bulletin??? Everyone knows that this is biased media. Nobody on this message board cares about "Philadelphia's Family Newspaper". It states clearly in the article that "[The CDC] attributes the national increase of reported Chlamydia cases to 'an expansion of screening and more sensitive tests'." I also find it appalling that "the blacks" was used in this day and age.

The data cited is from 2007, the increase is not that huge (70K approximately nationally), and most of the article is taken with talking about abstinence. Bias anyone? I wouldn't wrap fish with this paper.
