Any info on these providers?

Hi newbie here.

Have a couple picked out but not sure how to tell if they are real or legit. Not many reviews on TER.
And the pics seem to be used in multiple websites.
Please help out.

 Pl is a good agency.  Don't know about that blogspot link, though.  I think its pretty old.  I'd go to the actual website.
