It is always nice to work with a professional and courteous organization.

Plans went all wrong on Friday. Early in the week emails were sent to confirm a Friday appointment.
Friday arrived and the time could not happen. A later in the day hour was selected, but that too went wrong because of hotel micromanagment.

Anyway the apologies were offered and promises were kept.

I finally met Olivia this PM and had an amazing time.
