All of these are nothing but thinly disguised ads. Which is not a problem in my book however they completely go against the one ad per week rule.  All the while innocent posts by hobbyist are being pulled.

These veiled ads can be pretty annoying they push legit ads down and really make this board pretty lame.  I for one am tired of seeing the same few providers start veiled ad threads as well as a few providers who seem to post every three or four days just because they are now in Scranton instead of Willowgrove or Plymouth Mtg etc.  Post an ad once every 7 days like the rest and perhaps this board can get back to being more useful!!

Chickenbecca...that was a correct observation and a correct post by chatboardpolice...the fly noticed that and was wondering if anyone was going to call notice to that rule...and rules are rules and this is overposting and obvious favoritism and whatever else it can be called and chickenbecca don't worry about coming back at this with a smart reply cause the fly is flying away on here because of examples like this that chatboard put out there. And this is about the point of " RULES" on here- this post is not firing any bullets at the providers who are overposting...whatever keep on keepin'.

If you go to the Florida board you will see we do it every day...its there to make you smile, make you friendly, and just past the time.....I am NOT traveling any time soon to your area, so please dont feel threatened by the fun I am trying to create on other boards

Cinnamon, you have nothing to apologize for, and you certainly shouldn't apologize to sad, lonely people, who have nothing better to do in life, but complain. They don't want to be part of the solution, but merely want to pull others into their sad existence. As Puck stated below, damned if you do and damned if you don't. They aren't looking for a solution.

I know after the past week of reading negative, complaining posts that I'll never post here again or tour Philly. It's a shame that there are those who don't know how to be happy and have to take it away from others.

Just my two cents on this subject. The Florida board is fun with great interaction from the girls and guys.  I don't consider them adds and there is no link to the lady on the different day theme's they have.  they were just trying to start some fun here in Phily and some interaction.  Although everyone is entitled to their opinion the negative does not help get solid ladies to want to come to Philly.  If you check some of the ladies that posted pics have solid reviews and do travel. Just my two cents.

If they do, and you don't like it - don;t open the post.

I'll say it again, if you want the board to take a specific direction, POST. Make it interesting instead of whining about how it isn't entertaining YOU.

Well one thing for sure we got a good thread going!

As has been said elsewhere, if you look at some of the other boards you will see similar threads all the time.

Florida has daily themes as mentioned, NY has Hump Day Wed and the Donuts on Sunday.  I've seen similar posts on the Wash board also.

I for one enjoy these type of threads.  What's the problem with looking at photos of beautiful ladies.  She is just trying to get some interest going.

The initial comments about it pushing ads down makes no sense to me.  Remember that it's not how many posts that make a page, but the number of threads.  I've seen a lot less threads/posts then there used to be here.  While I'm in Philly, I have to say that I prefer the Florida board for their daily photos threads and great interaction.

If we keep making negative comments, the great ladies won't stop in Philly.  Let's be positive and then more ladies will post pics daily and it won't seem like an ad.

This is Darelle and Selena of Sloe and we wanted to say hello after a short absence and man oh man have we been missing some topics of all opinions.

We have read the board threads on the all the topics and even though we stay clear of all of that cause all is entitled to there opinions,were just glad to see that we all still have a board to post on where relax and have our say.

Name calling is not a particular way of expressing that though...respect is. Just being thankful no matter what the situation is or calls for is a helpful hint.

Ladies do what you do and try to enjoy Philly and by all means keep visiting for alot of will always welcome you. Gents do what you do...or NOT if it bothers you that bad.

Sloe is back and ready to go and we will be bringing back some returning favorites and some soon to be new ones.
