I just looked at the Phoenix board.  Two different posts were on the first page that mentioned a discount on fees.  Big discount.

Some ladies are fine with one client a day.

that's where the prices will stay.  I'd like to see the reviews have something on whether or not the encounter was worth the fee.  

BTW, look for some creative genius to tell you that if you like the fee structure in Phoenix so much, then why don't you move there?  Give it a few hours...
