TER, and P411 are the only sites that I look at. Backpage is too questionable for me. Good luck and hope you love our city.

especially for providing advance notice of a visit and arranging for some pre-bookings. I'd hazard a guess that this works best for those with very good reputations and larger numbers of good reviews, and less well for those who are more or less just getting started. I'm sure that regular, repeat visits will help guys become more aware of your presence on the "Philly scene" and build comfort in contacting you. Chatting on the Philly board is also a great way to become better "known".

There are also other respected hobby/review sites (which cannot be mentioned by name on TER).  

Eros seems to be popular in Philly, and the "available now" feature could help bring in shorter-notice appointments. Backpage ads have salvaged many an otherwise disastrous trip. Both of these are much more risky for both hobbyists and providers than TER and P411 ads. I would think that using them for visibility and to make the phone ring is fine, provided you include enough info in the ad to refer prospective clients back to TER and P411, and to your regular screening process. No matter what... never compromise screening and verification based upon where or how you advertise!

Personally, I would never contact someone from Eros or BP unless they included enough information for me to find them on one or more of the reputable review and/or verification sites. Post up your website address or link in the ad and have links on your site that go straight to your online reviews, verification profiles, etc... Make it easy for us to find and verify you as a quality provider.
