does philadelphia private liasons do outcalls to ac I have had no sucess contacting them  in past so I am turning to the board for help

I don't know the answer to your question, but PL's business model seems to be based on ladies who come into town for a short period of time and then return to their home bases. Out calls to AC maybe a bit difficult to accomplish in this scenario.

What I told you is a general observation, and I could be completely wrong, but here is the more important point. PL is a pretty good agency and if they aren't responding to you, that sends up a bit of red flag and people will be reluctant to share info that you should be getting from the agency.  

You get points for your honesty but it is important to maintain discretion and protect relationships, so I hope you will understand
