CC or the Airport from my point of view. Stay away from KoP.

CC - offers two locals 0 either downtown in center city or old city.

both are good.

Airport is there as well, but difficulties for some in getting to the airport.

Yeah especially this time of year- they always make their biggest busts right before thanksgiving/xmas time...

KOP has LE concern.  Airport hotels are half as expensive as CC hotels, but you gain clients who work in the city.  Best to split the time between the two.
