A question of legitimacy:

There is a safeguard in TER that allows providers to become delisted, and their profiles disappear. It makes total sense if a provider is making life changes and wishes to have her past undiscovered. I can respect that. However, how about the case where a 3rd party delists a provider to cause their reviews and credibility to vanish. Any ideas or suggestions regarding how to rectify this illegitimate act? I'm not one to allows people I value to be treated improperly.

If she was delisted in error, I am sure they will work with her. They've been very good to me, that's for sure.

Cary's suggestion is really about the only thing you can do.  Just go to "Contact Us" at the very bottom of the page.  Be aware, however, as a third party you don't have a lot of leverage in the situation.  I have managed to help a number of girls get bad (obviously fake) reviews removed over the years.  They will listen to your request, but their response will be balanced.

Good luck,
