One of the nice things about escorts(dot)com is their search function - you can search within a certain distance of a given ZIP code.  Do an initial search there, then look for reviews here.  Also, the area code there is 570 when searching TER by area code.  

I have seen good things written about BellaDonna, although I haven't met her; every review I've read of girls from Allure has been fair to poor -- I'd stay away from them.  Sorry I can't recommend something better...

Unfortunately, you are not currently vip so I can't PM...therefore the alias.

Belladonna is fairly well reviewed and her ad is on escorts.com...as for the local agencies, do yourself a HUGE favor and do not even consider them.

Every once in awhile Dallas Rhody visits, she has some pretty good reviews but other than that...we drive to Philly, etc. to hobby.

There really isn't ANYTHING up here!!!!!
