Think you guys need to re-read the performance ratings guidelines again. There are 5 specific acts or services that the provider must either offer or preform to receive a '10' and those are: 1-Kisses With Tongue, 2-Bare-Back Blow Job, 3-Really Bi, 4-Anal Sex, 5-More than One Guy. Without these the highest score a provider can receive is a '7'. Addition of each act or service adds 1 point. So based on that formula a provider would only have to preform or offer 3 of the 5 inorder to receive a '10'.
