Curious what the best area to host in Philly area is? It seems like KOP may be the most convenient. Is center city difficult for parking,ect? Any info is appreciated!

Really depends on what you are looking for. At your price point, friends can afford to park in Center City and you can probably afford to pay a bit more for hotels. And if you have some free time, lots to do--bars, restaurants, art galleries etc. KOP and airport area are convenient, hotels are cheaper, and parking generally free. But not much class in the hotel options. Personally, I recommend Rittenhouse Square.
KOP is convenient, as is Plymouth Meeting. Center City detracts for many due to traffic, parking and time to get in and out of the city. Honestly, it varies depending on where people live and work. I'm a fan of the burbs (KOP and PM) but that's just me. Airport isn't a bad compromise either.
