....but I have worked with women with these names at my 'real' jobs but they are all hot and could be providers.  Seriously, one guy there said, "Elspeth is HOT, but that name, ughhh, couldn't she change it to Jennifer or something?   I just can't get turned on by it."

Also, I haven't heard Uma but with Uma Thurman being hot (at least to some men), I'm surprised a Swedish looking girl hasn't used it... or maybe one has?

And no Norma Jean, even though that was the original sex symbol's real name.

The reason that you haven't heard of Norma Jean is because you worked in the wrong era. If you were active in the 40's and the 50's as a provider in the Mid West or the Far West there could be a strong possibility that you might have run into a Norma Jean just after you met Mae West.
