I did pm one of her last reviewers back in April I think. He said she doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. He only knew because she called him. I too have sent a couple emails, filled out her form on her website to no avail. Good luck in your quest!!

Glad to see she has a new website up.  Hopefully that means she will be coming to Philadelphia soon.  I've emailed her a bunch of times and have not heard from her.  I had assumed she had stopped providing.
