Looking for some direction.  As TER only has Philly discussion group and I can't seem to find anything on the Washington location...I've been looking to Pittsburgh for a starting point.  I'm not seeing a lot here by way of Pittsburgh, but did see a bunch on Backpage.  Is BP a viable source for decent talent or is it dangerous or LE infested in that area?  In the Chicago region I wouldnt' normally look to BP, but here there is a plethora of solid intel to be had from TER, RS2K, and I've got some agencys to turn to if all else fails.  Just trying to get some local intel...is there a better source for valid info in the Pitt's area?
