you really have to do your due diligence and screen hard.  I would also suggest under NO circumstances that you give out your location early to ANYONE.

I typically do not take same day appts when I work there unless it's a repeat client and I do not, for anyone or any reason, provide my exact location until just before the appt.  I wouldn't recommend and KOP visit for the new or someone new at touring or someone who does light screening.  Personally, following these guidelines, I have always had a good and successful trip there.

I would agree with 2nd post- you can do it- but have to be a little extra careful- that being said there is more to do restaurants etc in center city- and if you are looking for lower cost hotel, parking and easy access the airport would seem to be a better spot than KOP

I won't go to KOP unless I'm familiar with the provider or they use date-check. I'd recommend the Plymouth Meeting area instead of KOP anyway.
